Starting Salary Range
$95,000 to $105,000

- Development of Annual Budget Investments & Loans Insurances
- Strategic Planning Oversee Monthly Reporting
- Liaison to Finance Committee & BOD Cash Flow Needs
- Reserves management Financial Audits
- Financial Dashboard(s) Facilities & Vehicle Management
- Capital Expenditures
- IT Systems Organization policies & procedures
- Financial Forecasting
- Utilization of NPO
- Discounting Emergency Needs
- Knowledge of Regional Center system
- Budgeting
- Effective Communication skills
- Employee Management

- Bachelors degree in business or finance. Masters degree preferred.
- Individual to have 5 years progressive experience in non-profit finance role.
- Experience with regional center system financing a plus.
- California Driver’s License
